Online Bridge
On-line bridge has been suspended until further notice
Online bridge is complementary to face-to-face bridge. In real time via the internet, you play and chat from your home with your friends in another city or even another country.
Our club events are managed through a system called Realbridge (see the links below for how it works). While you play bridge via the internet, you can see and hear your partner and opponents via the camera of your computer.
The Wellington Bridge Club charges $6 ‘table-money’ per on-line session (members and non-members). You’ll need to be registered for automatic payment by Direct Debit: download the Direct Debit form HERE and e-mail that to office@wellingtonbridge.co.nz.
Once you have registered with us, you can click on the link on this page or on our home page to join the event you want to play in: this takes you to the actual session. You don’t need an app or a special login for Realbridge – just your name and New Zealand Bridge Number, it couldn’t be simpler. There is more info on how to get started through the links below.

BBO and Skybridge
You may enjoy practising against robots, or playing with other people on Bridge Base Online (BBO). You can also watch national and international tournaments in real time on BBO using Vugraph. You need to create a login for BBO and most games are free.
